Really like Hand & Stone. The receptionists, the therapists and the ambiance are great. Only problem my wife and I have is we have multiple medical/health issues that often require us to try and book appointments when we most need it and that is often impossible. Scheduling in advance does not always work for us, but when we call appointments booked by others. Understand why, but does nothing for us when we hurt that day or want one the next day.

There was a buzzing sound like the washing machine was going off or something. It would go off every 10 minutes or so.

I love hand and stone. Everyone is very friendly and check in/check out is always very easy. My massage therapist was wonderful and provided me with a very relaxing massage.
