My message therapist did a great job and seemed very knowledgable. He addressed my concerns and made recommendations when requested. The receptionist also was very helpful and went out of her way to answer my questions

My first time for a Facial & she was great at helping me decide what I needed. I didn’t feel pressured to do anything. Also had a great massage as well.

The massage therapist really worked on areas that I was having pain

I really enjoyed my first experience at hand and stone. I had a facial and CBD massage. Both of the women were great, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will be booking again in 4-5 weeks. I even signed up for the membership!

The people providing the services are excellent. The business policies (inability to put on hold when I already have 12 packages paid for) and mandatory arbitration are not policies I support. When I am finally able to use I my packages it is likely I will leave.
