Hand and Stone

Jackie is a tremendous massage therapist. Scheduling is another issue. I schedule then someone calls and changes the time. The front desk staff as advised me a checkout that I had 5 credit cards on file, some duplicates. Why is that my concern? Shouldn’t the duplicates simply be removed?

Close to home - easy parking, a great esthetician who was very knowledgable and helpful.

Kelly is awesome. She is nice, professional, not aggressive with sales, but explains what would be good for your skin and what she used - very consultative. Staff is also very nice.

I am so glad that I have a membership to Hand and Stone. It's a great treat for myself. My massage therapist is amazing, he is kind and very respectful. I had another person on one occasion and she was amazing as well. I loved the facial when I got one too.

The massage was wonderful and the masseuse massaged sore spots I didn't even know I had which made the experience even more enjoyable. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, and answered every question I had regarding membership. Everyone was very welcoming and professional, and the room made me feel very relaxed. Overall, great massage & experience.

It was the first time I had a new therapist as I had been using the same one the last year. Darien was a sweetheart and very personable. I definitely was relaxed and felt at ease.

Vanessa, my facial technician was incredible! She made me feel so comfortable and really wanted to know about my skincare needs. Also the associate who was working at the front desk was super friendly and conversational and wanted to make me feel welcome. In both instances, it was like I was talking to friends.

The front desk staff at this location is always super friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Also, my masseuse gave me exactly what I asked for.
