Heidi is amazing!!! She's the only reason I keep my membership. I'm offended by the price increases as are many of my friends that have memberships. I started at $49 and am now up to $79!! I signed a contract for $49 not $79!!!

My services are consistently relaxing and therapeutic. the staff is very professional.

I enjoy the spa being a close drive for me. I enjoy the minimal waiting times. My therapist Shelly is amazing!

My usual provider was ill but my apt was booked many weeks in advance. It was clear to me the staff moved mountains to ensure no-one was cancelled. The organization should count themselves very lucky that Lisa was so committed to serving the clients. I really feel she went above and beyond. Whats more Lisa is the mother of my usual service provider (Sabrina), who was ill. Hand and Stone is very lucky to have this powerhouse mother-daughter duo.

I have been a long-time member of Hand and Stone, even keeping my membership when I relocated from another state. I am concerned that my membership is getting too expensive to maintain. In the past, I was getting facials once a month, but now I have to get one every 8 weeks as the price of the additional services is so expensive. I love the staff and experience, but the cost of services is coming close to me not continuing. There should be discounts for customers who are members but are suggested to use more services than the minimum.
