Hand and Stone itself was very warm and welcoming while keeping professional and clean. I can not find the right words to explain how fantastic my massage was. My lady was very gentle and yet firm. So she was able to marry both relaxing with therapeutic.

Easy to book appt. Always on time. Nice employees. I did not get a facial so that's why I answered neither satisfied or unsatisfied. Just got my eyebrows waxed and was satisfied with the results.

Tracey took the time to listen to my concerns and she really helped me. Tracey also explained what she did for me.

My massage therapist Tracie was amazing. I discussed in detail some of my problem issues and she explained how she would treat them. She also made suggestions on stretching and gave advice on what muscles to work. She was excellent.

I always request the same therapist. She always asks & remembers my issues
