My massage was awesome! The staff was wonderful and very convenient from my home.

i got an appointment fairly easy- but there were not many appts available to choose from. the massage therapist was nice but she was alittle timid, she seemed afraid to massage me , but she was very kind , The bed is alitle hard- and it wasn't heated up when i got in the room but it did finally heat up towards the end of the massage-- i had to keep my mask on even laying face down

The entire building was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The massage room was pleasantly warm, and dimly lit. The masseur was friendly and warm, and gave a very high quality experience. My only complaint was the one-time-only subscription plan decision was sprung on me as I was walking out the door, being hard-sold on a recurring payment plan is NOT relaxing way to end an experience. Perhaps that detail could have been mention BEFORE the massage.

The receptionist was friendly and efficient. My massage therapist listened to my needs and exceeded my expectations. I felt truly healed. It was so helpful that I plan to come back regularly.
