This was only my second visit at this location and like the first time everyone welcomed us like we been going there for years. Receptionist was very helpful and polite. My massage was amazing I felt great once I was done. My message therapist was kind and professional, also help target all areas that I asked.

I really like the esthetician - Kelly. This was my second visit with her and I have already booked by third. She was very nice and knowledgeable and enjoyed her style. The receptionists are always pleasant.

Tim is as exceptional practitioner. He is knowledgeable, quite effective at mitigating pain, and is very attentive to emergent issues. I am not fond of the Covid screening application... for the longest time it simply did not work at all and even now it is not all that intuitive. I have never engaged an online process in which the program/survey/questionnaire does not a definitive conclusion (e.g.: "thank you for completing this form")... ANYTHING to let us know that it was complete/transmitted. Unless I am missing something, your questionnaire just lets us hanging in never never land. You are free to ignore this comment, I dont care, just PLEASE do not tell me that the form is generated by an outside provider. I dont care... if you are using the program, it is a reflection on your organization.
