I was made to feel relaxed and welcomed.

Very enjoyable, as always. I have a new-to-me massage therapist, as my previous one has since moved and left the Oaks H&S. I was very satisfied with my new massage therapist; she was personable, professional, proficient at her craft, knowledgeable, and attentive.

The therapist listened to what I needed help with and made a point to work specifically on those chronic issues. He was knowledgable and skilled in helping me with the pain that I've put up with for years. I slept better last night after the massage and today has been pain-free and so much more comfortable for me. I wish I'd come in sooner.

Emily was awesome. The location was clean and inviting. Everyone was very nice.

I was immediately greeted with a friendly face, I believe it was the manager. My massage therapist came out and said she'd be with me in a minute and my temperature was taken and I was able to use the restroom in the meantime. I had a fantastic massage my Tracy (I believe that was her name) & after I had pleasant check out experience.

Nikkie was very intuitive and really focused on the areas of need. The add-on cost of the hot stones was a big let down.

First visit to the Oaks location, and was very happy. Friendly staff and clean facility. This location had appointment times that worked with my schedule, my regular location never has appointments that work for me.
