Therapist was very knowledgeable and helpful in relieving some pains that have been bothering me for a while. He was very friendly and explained while he was massaging.

very calming...always seems to go too fast....iam 74 and obviously have aproblem with computers...I thought i filles out the pre form...but when i got there...she said they did not get it...so she printed one out and brought it out to me to sign...she seemed a little bothered...i apologized and then went ahead with my massage...

Chris is always fantastic. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. The business is clearly making an effort during the pandemic. My partner and I are not comfortable wearing masks or with the overemphasis on sanitizing constantly, but even with these inconveniences the staff did a really great job at focusing us on relaxing and enjoying our experience with our massages.

I've been a member for years and coming to the Oaks location regularly for about 18 months. The staff are always incredibly friendly and nice. I have a favorite massage therapist that unfortunately wasn't available at the same time as my husbands favorite therapist so i tried someone new and she was great also! Despite the general unpleasantness of the covid situation the staff was super welcoming when we entered and the therapists were very professional while maintaining safety protocols. I'm super happy to be able to resume my monthly massages at this location.

I have always had a very good experience at this location, and Emily is a fantastic massage therapist. The client intake form was cumbersome however.

Shelly is so knowledgeable. She was able to release so my tension in both my back and legs. The deep tissue massage is so worth the pain at the time.
