Good professional massage . Value was ok. I don’t like typing this much.

Message therapist (Tim) is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I don't participate to feel good or relaxed... I only what pain relief, which is achieved. Administrative comment: Site manager is very pleasant and runs a good team. However, I am deeply perplexed that after months of complaining and being told (by regional manager who resides in Virginia), that mine is the #1 complaint at this location!!! I cant believe that the malfunctioning cup dispenser on water fountain has not been fixed. Unbelievable!! A replacement would cost NOTHING, there would be less waste and sanitation would be enhanced if the issue was addressed, but alas, this seems beyond the competence of all involved. Even good businesses can and do fail... not necessarily because of serious problems, but because folk are too lazy or uncaring to take care of small things. Indeed, how am I to trust your competence in maintaining a healthy environment when small things are ignored for months? Regarding online intake form... it is WAY to intrusive. Your lawyers may want as much insulation from litigation as possible, but some of the questions are absolutely none of your business

Since the facility just opened up I was able to get an appt with Tracy right away. This location is very convenient for me. That is a big factor. but more so, the quality of the massage. For me massage is a medical, physical, psychological need. It helps to alleviate chronic pain...and allows for a feeling of being nurtured. Thank you.

It was a great experience and I thoroughly enjoyed the massage. It was relaxing and I felt very safe given the current situation that we are in. Thank you for your survise and the cleansiness.

I always enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Andy takes time to understand any issues I may be having and works to solve them. He is kind and respectful.

Pain that I had in my hand for a couple of weeks now totally gone. Unbeknown to me it actually originated in my shoulder. Thanks to Joe I no longer have any pain.

Just how comfortable I feel with the staff and services offered.

Have no complaints, have been going there for several years.
