Front desk clerk and therapist were very professional. I would recommend this location highly. When my time permits, I will definitely return.

First, the receptionist was very helpful with explaining how I could use my points to add an LED treatment to my scheduled facial and told me how many points I would use. Later, she was also helpful setting up my next appointment since I am very specific about times. I always use the same lady for my facials because she knows my areas of concern and always addresses them while offering advice or new treatments/products available.

My therapist Joe is always professional and listens to my needs. He remembers my issues and makes me feel like he takes a personal interest in my progress. He is knowledgeable in all areas of therapy and provides great insight on why I have stress in certain areas. I also would like to give props to the front desk. They always greet me by name and are present to help me book appointments etc very friendly, yet very professional.

Michele is amazing! I am so relax when I leave. This is not an easy task! Michele is knowledgeable and is a master at her profession.

The best thing was the knowledge of the therapist. Joe was able to address the root of my back/shoulder pain (which he shared was actually from my hips) and he helped my with a stretch to help relieve the pain at home. I did not get what I would consider a "typical" massage but I do feel that I learned more about my body and how to maintain it.

The masseuse was very good. She explained the 2 different types of stones used in massages. I choose to have the Himalayan Salt stones added to my massage. Loved it

The esthetician was very friendly and we had great conversation that was not only fun and entertaining but relaxing as well. Everyone there told me to get home safe do to the blizzard and my skin feels brand new as a result of this facial my friends and family even said I looked like I was glowing. Overall it was an extremely pleasant and relaxing experience

The entire reception staff at this location is gracious, helpful, wonderful. The therapist (Tim) is exceptional. His knowledge of physiology is exceptional, as is the application of his healing arts. He remembers the needs of clients and asks about chronic as well as emergent issues. I highly recommend friends with genuine muscle related issues to have them addressed by Tim, he is a wonderful ambassador for your organization. In other matters, I would raise the mirror in lavatory a few inches... it is currently hung immediately above the sink, which is fine for munchkins, but at only 5' 11", I can only see my chin when standing erect. Also, fix the cup dispenser on water machine. It dispenses 3-4 cups each time, which either wastes cups or requires people to touch rim of cups to return excess to tube... not the most sanitary situation.

Rose is a competent facial expert. She’s warm and friendly and always makes me feel at home. My skin has improved and I get compliments from my friends and family. I get my facials every month and Rose helps me understand that the ingredients she uses is the best for me.

Rose is the best! An absolutely wonderful hour for me !
