Hand and Stone

This was my first ever message and I hope to do it again sometime, but not sure when. I had hoped that it would have solved the problem with my left arm and hand, but it didn't. Still it was a great experance. Mike did a great job.

I was highly satisfied because my massage therapist was excellent. I explained my problem areas and quickly picked right up and made them feel better. I also love the decor and ambience of Hand and Stone - Hainesport!

Winn, the therapist, is highly qualified and works carefully to relax my body and reduce joint pain. He is friendly and courteous and relaxes my stress by remembering to ask about my family and travels. I am more relaxed with Winn than I am with most of my physicians.

Samantha was professional and used good pressure which I asked for, however, she didn't apply a lot of time towards my target area, lower back. I liked everything else about the massage. The hot towels on my lower back and feet were a great touch.

The staff in the reception area are always helpful and welcoming. The massage therapist Noah Drummond is excellent at deep tissue massage and addressing my tight neck and shoulder muscles. The H & S in Hainesport needs more masseuses with deep tissue credentials. My husband has not found a female masseuse with that expertise. I have a membership and hope to keep coming if the staff is good at deep tissue.

My original therapist was out on disability and my new therapist was great. Kept me relaxed and worked out my issue areas.

The reception area is always clean, the receptionist are friendly and immediately greet you and confirm you appt. My esthetician Paulette is phenomenal. I have been going to her for the past 5 years. She always keeps me up to date on Hand and Stone offerings and I could go to a very well known spa for my facial but she does and excellent job. I get a microderm every quarter. Going next week and using CBD oil for massage. I was out of area last year and went to a hand and stone in Kennett Sq PA where the esthetician told me she would not use the oil I brought because she did not like the feel on her hands. Paulette has never had an issue with this and I believe her massage helped me heal faster when I had my knee replaced.

I was very satisfied with how relaxing the facial was.
