1. When the therapist felt there were problem areas, he took extra time to deal with them. Really love this therapist. 2. Love the ambiance in the Reception area with wonderful scent in the room as well as light music. Felt very calm while waiting. 3. Staff friendly and very helpful.

The estechian was knowledgeable. She was thorough in explaining everything she was doing. She was very welcoming.

Winn Thomas is a true professional. He is friendly and displays a relaxed atmosphere at all times. Compared to other massage experiences, Winn is clearly a "10" and my body responds by feeling much improved with less pain and discomfort. Having visited Hand and Stone several times, Winn knows my problem areas, my discomfort history and executes his plan to make my visit a successful session. I have found a great company and a caring and skilled therapist. I continue to return because I am totally satisfied with the service and value of the session.

Amy is an amazing esti. The steam and towel warmer were broken. She had to turn the steam on and off with pliers and the towel warmer was not working so the towels were cold.
