I like my Skin Care Specialist Sekeenah (sorry for the misspelling). She is always very knowledgeable about the products and about what my needs are. I never feel like she's just trying to sell me products for the sake of the business.

Have purchased a spa package before so was familiar with Hand and Stone but do to a ankle surgery and unexpected health issues from it I had to wait to return ! Facial as a gift I loved it and will return asap .. :-)
