My massage therapist was wonderful. I have been using him for approximately one year. I wish he was available more hours at this location. The reception area was clean and the receptionist was friendly upon arrival and departure.

I love this Hand and Stone! My only complaint . . . the phone number changed, but I didn't know that. When I called the old number, it just rang. There was no message that it had been changed. It took multiple attempts before I finally checked the website to be sure the location hadn't closed. Then, I noticed the changed phone number. That's probably the phone company's fault, but if I hadn't been a member I would have eventually taken my business elsewhere. In the future, text alerts about changing phone numbers would be a great idea! Counting on the phone company to do its job was a mistake.
