Hand and Stone

I was very pleased with every aspect of this visit. I was hoping however to purchase a diffuser for the oils, but there were none.

Cookie is the best!! Keenah gave me very good advice on keeping my face clear of break outs.

Very personal attention, staff very pleasant seemed happy to be working there.

Highly recommend Hand and Stone, from the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile. The receptionist remembered me although I have not been there in 30 days which made me feel welcome before my treatment. If I was not feeling well before I walked in l felt very special after leaving.

The person doing my facial was simply perfect she knew that I wanted only to relax and she respected that did not try to talk to me or over sell anything she was very thorough did not skimp at all she did full chest arms and hands The best facial that I have every had at any hand and stone or other location

Overall great experience. Fast and easy to book an appointment by phone. Clean waiting area. Wait time was very short - taken in right on time. Room was warm cozy and comfortable. Massage therapists listened to what I wanted done. Fast check-out.

Winn is by far the best massage therapist I've ever had. I was nervous at first about booking a Male therapist but Winn is AMAZING! He is professional...courteous....and attentive to needs of his clients.

My last massage I did not like. Lisa was the massage therapist. I did not feel the enough pressure applied for a deep massage. When I left my shoulder and back massage did not feel any relief. She kept the fan on me the entire massage and never ask if I wanted it turned off or if it was too much directly on me. She did not seem warm and friendly like the other therapist. Her mood was a flat effect... I will have to return very soon to get another massage and stay with the therapist that I usually have.
