The staff is always friendly upon arrival and accommodating with walk-in services. This visit I had a facial and Arianee was so pleasant and informative. She really took the time to explain the services and their benefits. I appreciate all the services and the staff's ability to cater to my needs. Thank you!!

I have been to other hand and stone massages and although I've never had a bad experience I would say that this was one of my best experiences. I had a lot of tightness and pain and I felt that most of that was relieved. I would recommend my therapist and will be requesting him for my next appointment.

Had a promo card that had just expired, so I couldn’t use it. I hate to think that all that money my mom spent on that gift card was just thrown in the trash. Could’t Hand &Stone change that policy that an expired promo card depreciates instead of too late, sorry.

Limited availability of masseuse and estheticians

Robe was wet and wrinkled in bottom area. Someone else clearly wore it before. Questioning sanitation of sheets too

My appt was at 5 - I did not get back there until almost 5:10 - I was then told even though it didn't start on time, it would still be a full hour. However, if I am late it is a problem and who says that I wasn't on a tight schedule.

I am just not thrilled with the increase in pricing. Also, when a massage is listed as 50 minute, it should be 50 minutes ON THE TABLE not 50 minutes in the room with changing.

My appointment was scheduled at 11 and I was not brought back until 11:12. By the time I got undressed and laid on the table, it was 11:16 as I kept checking my phone. The massage ended and the therapist washed his hands and when he left the room, it was 12:01. So my massage was less than 50 minutes like it was supposed to be

Sometimes being satisfied is good enough. Not enough ways to earn points. The music should be more zen or have the option to change the music or turn it off.

First time going to this facialist. Message was not as good as I had experienced in the past. Did not talk through products she put on my face to go home with.
