My appointment was 10 minutes late but she did adjust the end time. I hadn’t received a facial in awhile and I thought there was more downtime than I remembered.

We (couples massage) were brought back quickly and the staff was friendly. The room was decent and the heated tables added a nice touch. The massage itself was well done and I'll definitely be back at some point.

I am not happy with the fact that the 50 minute massage is NEVER 50 minutes. I was told that they are 50 minutes because the extra 10 minutes buffer time is for changing, which fills up an hour time slot. But I watch the time and it's always 42-45 minutes. That's not a value for my money, especially when the membership cost was just raised. I have no problem with the concept of 50 minutes, with the 10 for changing time. But then give me my 50 minutes. Also, add ons should include time added on for the add on - the time should not come out of the 50 minutes for some of them. For example if I add on a scalp massage that is 15 minutes, my total be time should be 65 minutes - not still 50 minutes but I get less body time. I am looking at other options in my area because my money is tight but I value my massages. please review these policies and make them consistent. I don't know if this is just the way Hainesport runs or if it's all of them, but it's just not right. If I am paying for a 50 or 80 minute I should get that much time hands on. Period.
