Day after massage I am experiencing pain in my right shoulder blade.

It's difficult to get an appointment with Winn on the days that I'm off from work. I was considering canceling due to lack of availability and wanting to save money.

I was satisfied but not “highly satisfied “. It was still a good visit!

I'am not a member but i always purchase buy one get one at Black Friday. The problem I ALWAYS have is checking out using my cards. They always try to tell me I owe more money then the gift card. It finally gets resolved by a more experienced cashiers but it then doesn't leave me in a relaxed good mood. This has happened almost every time I go. Buy One is Get One?????

I wanted to use my points to redeem my facial I told the receptionist at the beginning of my appointment. When I had my appointment the esthetician told me what I could get for my points so I choose a facial. When I was leaving I was charge an additional $25, which wasn't told to me before or during the facial. I received a facial for sensitive skin. This is very frustrating and I expressed my dissatisfaction with the receptionist who was not accommodating.

I do not like to give highly satisfied on any review. I firmly believe there is always room for improvement and perfection doesn't exist.

The time of the massage is generally more like 45 minutes. It's already not an hour - I feel like it should be the full 50 minutes allotted.

Although the facial was fine, the additional services were too expensive (additional package plus $25). Doesn’t include tip! That was not clearly detailed.

I was not highly satisfied because the prices of these massages keep going up. I really enjoy massages but it’s hard to spend an extra $130 a month just on a massage.
