My first facial felt more personal, this one felt half just putting product on an then removing it. I also misunderstood the tip option at the end and now feel very upset I didn't properly tip my tech. The screen gave me a prompt to tip, after I selected it I was told there was a new process but that it was fine, after I walked out I realized I was tipping a percentage of what was remaining vs the whole bill. I wish I hadn't been confused because she deserved a better tip!

For the value of the cost, it was a basic service. I felt like there could have been more for the price of what I paid.

I am not highly satisfied due to two of the massage therapist I liked a lot left. Ever since they left, I could not find another therapist, that could keep me relax during the whole massage.

I was told my appt. was with one person but was given another. The person I really wanted was not there. The new person just didn’t do as good a job as Katie.

I wish she would spend more time on my feet like I ask. Also the insane wrapping of the sheets is too much. If I am uncomfortable being naked then don’t get a massage.

I feel the services don’t feel like 45-50 minutes long and too much time is given to clean up/dressing especially if the service does not start at the exact time.

I’m trying to find a therapist that will be beneficial to my needs in terms of relaxation and relief

My appointment began about 10 minutes late, and ended about on time. The therapist just seemed like she was going through the motions, but not really into it. I felt relaxed, but not at the level I’ve experienced during other massages. She didn’t do anything wrong, but it just was ok.

When trying to fill out paperwork for my first appointment ever, the receptionist was having a conversation that was a little louder than what I felt should be happening in a place that's meant for relaxation. It made it hard to focus on reading and filling out the questions properly. I also had to wait in the hallway for 10 mimutes for my facial(not horrible but I questioned if I was in the right area or if I was forgotten about). They had technical difficulties at the front desk that she was assisting with which happens but I also feel like I could have been settled in the room or at least communicated with first. Neither affected my overall experience. I was pleased with both services I received and would love to go back when I have the time.
