Hand and Stone

The waiting area is not very relaxing. I feel it should be moved away from the front door and reception area.

So, my expectations are pretty high with massages. This massage was painful even after the massage therapist lightened up the pressure. It hurt too much, I wasn’t relaxed at all. The massage wasn’t what I was expecting and that’s just a matter of style. There’s nothing wrong with the massage therapist, it just wasn’t a good fit for me.

Waiting area was a little cramped. Room was not warm enough. Aromatherapy oil should be included in massage.

The staff are friendly and inviting. Massage therapists are very skilled and ask appropriate questions before hand to make sure they are targeting problem areas. I always walk away feeling completely relaxes and refreshed!

Maureen was amazing asking if pressure was good and heat of the bed was great. The stones were awesome and she did a great job!

The massage was good but I have better ones at this spa by other massage therapists.

I was highly satisfied with my visits and my membership at the Hainesport hand and stone location. They are friendly and helpful at all times. I would just like to have better relaxing music during my massage sessions.

The room I was in had a strange smell. It was like a cross cross between urine & something stale. I only got occasional whiffs of it, but it was distracting. The massage itself was okay. Definitely not the best deep tissue massage I've ever gotten. I asked for my calves & back to be worked on & instead received a full body massage. It was nice, but not really what I was looking for. I would have appreciated if what I asked specifically to be worked on was done. Maybe I'll come back to see a different specialist.

I’ve been a customer since this location opened. It had become increasingly difficult to get an appointment with my preferred therapist.

We were very satisfied with our couples massage. We arrived 20mins late and the staff wasted no time to make sure we got right in for our massage.
