I wish I had been made aware of the price of services before agreeing to it during my facial. For example, I wouldn’t have gotten the hydration during my facial if I had known it was $20 more

There is an issue with your website where if you have never booked with the website before it creates a new account and no matter what massage was picked you get the intro massage.

Lack of availability of appointments that meets my schedule. The H&S near me are booked out for weeks. The cost has gone up significantly and I would rather go to my hair salon where the price is comparable to H&S and there's no monthly membership.

Always room for improvements! Always need to strive for perfection !

It was my first massage in a long time. I was dealing with tight muscles from a new job. She was able to get my muscles to relax and this brought some soreness up, but that dissolved later in the day.

Needed more work on knots. Overall massage was nice but needed more detailed work on tight areas. Didn't follow muscle structures which could've helped more in painful, tight areas.

I joined as a member on this visit but would like membership costs for services to be lower. Therefore I’m not sure how long I will keep membership

Overall, I had a nice experience! I would have preferred a female masseuse, but I did choose no preference when booking the appointment. It made me reluctant to go through with the full body massage. The masseuse looked unkept and had rough hands although he was very professional and respectful. I liked that he gave me a glass of water at the end of the massage. I would have liked more information on how/where to tip prior to the appointment. Overall, I had a nice experience.

Not highly satisfied b/c people were in hallway talking very loud which was not relaxing. Therapist did not use enough essential oil that I paid extra for. Her hands were freezing cold when she started massage. “Hot towels” were never hot and very rough feeling….seemed cheap.

My appointment was scheduled from 11 to 12, but began at 11:05 and ended at 11:55. I was not able to relax, as the service provider communicated very few important details (almost with an annoying attitude). She was coughing frequently during the appointment, and probably should have stayed home when sick.
