Was satisfied with facial but not massage.

The receptionists are for the most part, friendly (Jerod is the BEST!). However, depending on the day/time you visit, some of them (perhaps younger, not experienced..) are not so friendly or attentive. My aesthetician is great but this particular location does not offer another fancy(?) service like hydromicroderm.

I still had pain after the message, next time I'll try the hot stones. Also I was not told that the members got the oil as a bonus until I told the massage therapist about my membership.

just i think that the price should of went up for new members not your old members i was just given the 63.99 price and then your price went up i love your staff and the massage i just am on a budget and cannot afford when it went up in price i donot do alot for myself and this was nice

My experience was affected due to the experience I had with the receptionist. My mother was told over the phone that she was able to purchase a service as a gift for me, under her name. I filled out all of the paperwork in my name and the receptionist seemed annoyed with me regarding the situation

I was satisfied with my facial and micro-derm abrasion. I thought the facial included a hand massage. I didn’t receive that service; it used to be included.

my facial was great - it started off later but they did give me the full time i paid for.

As a military service member, I am happy to have this membership! My job gets very stressful and my body becomes very tense on a regular basis. A monthly massage or facial is the best way to relax and decompress. I recommend this company to many of my co-workers and even gift them massages for the holidays, during gift card specials.

Could have used more pressure and more lavendar.
