I'm wondering why the services rendered to me cost more at this location than in others in the region? Also, My GF, who was in DIRE NEED of a massage to care for her ailing back, was bumped 2x in a row, putting off her care for 6 weeks and no accommodations were made for her other than "rescheduling."

So I had an appointment set for Thursday the 17th in the pm. I had to cancel due to my daughter's flight being delayed. I was told I was going to be charged for canceling on that day. I said, "nothing I can do". I rescheduled for Tuesday am. I was told I wouldn't be charged then due to the appointment now being moved as opposed to a cancellation. When the receptionist told me the price for the massage, I thought maybe I just misunderstood. I also had to go to work so I didn't dispute it there, figuring I would receive a survey to explain myself and not bother the receptionist or customers. I just want to know that if I got charged for 2 appointments? If not, then I won't be back because I can't afford that price for one massage. Jason Heller

I always have a problem checking out with a promotion card that I purchase during BOGO. I have complained in the past to the office manager. I have a GREAT massage and then when i go out to the reception area its a issue with price. it ruins my whole experience.

I was not fully satisfied with the massage. I had a facial prior which was excellent! The massage therapist was new to me and when she came in the room she said "So what, you want upper back and what else?" She obviously knew I had a facial, but was very lax in asking about specifics. While she did a decent job on the one area I pointed out she sat the whole time and then I could hear her move around to the other side. Then she said she would do my feet, which I had asked for, but it felt like she really just did the minimal. Not welcoming at all, and I've had much better at this spa. I will not book "any therapist" ever again. All therapists are not created equal LOL

Normally they are great at this location. I had a 90 minute massage scheduled starting at 1pm. I didn’t get into a room until 1:15 then it took for almost 10 minutes to come into the room once on the table. She was done and I was off the table by 2:30. I’ve been a member for years and never had a 90 minute massage cut that much.

From now on I will only use Helen. The lady I had yesterday only bragged about how strong she could massage and I didn't receive a full 50 minutes. My wifes masseuse even said to my with that "I bet your husband is already in the waiting room" even though I went back well after my wife.

The room was cold and it took a longer time for the bed to warm up. My massage therapist did apologize for this, however I felt as a customer who has been coming for years, more could've been done for this. Such as, offering hot stones or an additional blanket or warm booties. Something to feel more relaxed and comfortable. It feels that the massage therapists may not feel Empowered to support clients in this way.

At the end of my massage, I could hear a lot of talking and conversation outside of the room. It was very distracting while I was trying to relax and enjoy the last 10 minutes of my massage.

I enjoyed the experience. It was nice trying someone new. I was super excited that aomeone called tobsee if I was available for an earlier appointment.

Location appears to need updates with materials that are used consistently (towels, robes, sheets,etc). More availability needed. Noise coming from neighboring businesses make it difficult to relax consistently.
