Therapist talked too much during massage, never put pillow under my legs, did not dim the lights, and was coughing throughout the massage.

I felt the massage therapist was going so fast in her movements. It could have been more relaxing if she didn't seem rushed. Also when she would say something I couldn't fully understand her.

I received a gift card for my birthday, prior to the pandemic, and it was not honored. This is not the first time I have experienced this type of customer service, and will be less likely to return to this establishment unless I am gifted a certificate.

When I entered the massage room it was extremely cold. My masseuse did leave the room to inform tbe receptionist and also turned the heat on the bed.

I was completely satisfied with my visit. I was not Highly Satisfied as I don't have a lot of problems with my skin and there didn't seem like I really need to continue with another facial since I could do it on my own. My aesthetician was highly knowledgeable and I liked how she explained every step that she was doing.

There’s always room for improvement. From an online stance it’s a pain to use your website. Then the day of I get multiple texts and emails confirming my appointment that I already confirmed.

Professional staff

Left the massage in a lot of pain in my lower back that I had issues walking. A day later I have pain in my back/hips and stomach area and being pregnant it is highly concerning being in this much pain.

First my therapist arrived after I did and seemed in a hurry. I request the therapist wear a mask and she did not. She cleared her throat and coughed multiple times while in closed proximity to my unmasked face. Ultimately my massage started a few minutes late and ended a few minutes early.
