The staff are very friendly. Had to wait 5+ minutes for my therapist, and the time was not made up at the end. I arrived early to handle paperwork.

This was my first massage experience. I feel that I just don’t have anything to compare my experience with. The massage therapist was terrific… very nice, listened to what I thought I needed and explained everything. It was a really good first experience!

Prior to this appointment I arrived as scheduled-to be told another client was also scheduled. Another appointment for Saturday 7/10/21 was cancelled 2 hours before scheduled 11:00 because employee was on vacation! Not happy

My therapist was extremely cold and unwelcoming. I felt that she was annoyed that I was even there which made me extremely uncomfortable. I was counting down the minutes until my massage was over and I could tell that she was too. Maybe she was having a bad day but I left regretting ever making the appointment in the first place.

I found my visit to be very nice and I was able to feel very relaxed! Keep up the good work!

Massage therapist’s schedule not known to book next month’s appt and wanted a 4 o’clock.

When i request additional service like hot stones I reminded the receptionist when I checked in but just got my usual massage. The massage was wonderful and didnt want to complain but I didnt know I had to remind the therapist about the hot stones as well. I just rescheduled the add on for the next month so no big deal just a missing piece of communication.

Wasn’t a lot of pressure applied nor different massage techniques used.

1) one of my massage therapists doesn't work there anymore. 2) it is very difficult to get an appointment with the other therapist I do see. I would book more often if there were more available appointments. 3) The massage pressure was not that great and it makes me feel like they are getting a little lazy with the pressure.

The massage began late and I felt somewhat rushed as I was entering the massage room. The service provider listened to music in AirPods during the massage and I could hear it. The quality of the massage was great, but hearing the other music was very distracting and unprofessional. She also kept throwing the lotion bottle onto the table, when usually they are kept on their waist, or at least not somewhere I could keep feeling it.
