Hand and Stone

I was satisfied and felt better when I left.

I didn’t love my therapist and that’s ok. She was one of very few words. Didn’t provide much feedback when I would refer to her expertise opinion.

Hand and Stone is a nice place to come. I don't feel that there is anything remarkable they do to make the experience more enjoyable -maybe product samples or explanations of them. Perhaps fresh flowers in the rooms or desk. Perhaps a variety of music used. Perhaps more decorative client towels.

Overall good experience.

I haven't been here in quite a while and both regular massage thereapist and facial people no longer work there. They really knew how to make me feel great. I felt more comfortable with my massage with Diamonique (Maybe just because i went to her more) and Shannon really took the time to address my specific skin and explain which products she was using.

Overall I was extremely satisfied. The only real detriment to my experience was that it was extremely difficult to find an appointment. I tried looking Thursday at 1pm for any appointments Thursday night-Sunday at 4 locations closer to me, and the only one that had anything available was the Hainesport location. Not all of the add-ons are available when booking online (the peppermint scalp massage) and many times there were introductory appointments available, but not appointments for members.

Clean. Friendly staff . Comfortable

I felt the esthetician could have offered some small explanations of what she was using on my face and why. Some warning before putting the steamer on my face would have been appreciated considering my eyes were covered. I was a little uncomfortable with her coughing when she would go to the sink between products/applications.

Not the fault of the massage therapist, however, the massage wasn’t what I expected. I should’ve specified more pressure since it simply felt like someone was rubbing different parts of my body. I do feel a bit better than when I arrived, but not as good as I hoped to feel.

I put my problem areas to work on but they didn't address the issue, other than that I was satisfied
