Bruises up and down my back from massage. HVAC vent made distracting noise. Appointment started late.

Very pleased with the services I received

I atrived early, filled out my intake and was taken back in time at 2 pm for my appointment, however my massage ended at 2:40...i was shorted 20 minutes of my 1 hour massage ...

My first experience having a facial. Thought it is overpriced for the actual service. It was basically like going into a dark room and having someone wash your face. Not too impressed.

I was satisfied with my massage. I could have used a little extra time on my back and shoulders, but otherwise it was a good experience.

The iPad questionnaire was not easy to use. It was long asking what facial products used etc.

Upon arrival, I called to tell H& S that I was there. They called my home phone (not my cell phone #) notify me it was time to come inside. I called them back after 10 minutes of waiting with no call on my cell phone number. They were calling my house and I’m In The parking lot! I lost some massage time, not much.

Room inexplicably cold, was kept as such even after I pointed it out. Was never asked about problem areas or for pressure feedback. Skipped scalp, hands and chest.

Some of the questions were not applicable.

I was on time but ended up waiting for about 10/15 minutes for my appointment to start. Then I felt that I didn't actually end up with the whole time of a massage. It also turned out to be twenty dollars more than what was explained to me on the phone but I figured I just misunderstood.
