The actual massage that I have requested for years now does not exist anymore.... All the massage therapist that are there right now do NOT have the qualifications/ certifications to provide me with the type of massage.

The massage therapist was amazing! I have anxiety and it is very difficult for me to relax! He was able to help me enjoy my massage!

I was disappointed that NO ONE offered me any add on service! I was ready to spend money! I had to ask for the head massage and I still don’t think I got the right one - didn’t smell peppermint. I felt it was get you get you out as fast they can

As always it was very relaxing and enjoyable. my therapist was very good.

The session started a half hour late. However, was compensated for having to wait.

I have lots of knots in my shoulder and the amount of pressure wasn’t enough. I did say I need former pressure I paid for deep tissue but the knots remained. I had other massage therapist relieve my knots with better pressure.

After discussing my skin issues, I wanted to add on a service with my facial in order to use 2 packages but was unable to do so. I had to choose a different facial otherwise I would lose $20-$40.

I was VERY Satisfied with my experience. I just didn’t hit highly satisfied bc it was a massage w a mask, and I know that no one has control over this situation. This is the new normal and we will all have to adjust! I really love my Hand and Stone business in Hainesport.

The front door should not be locked.In the event of an emergency the exit needs to be open! The receptionist seemed annoyed when taking temp and stopped guests at the door while guest had to hold door open. Not comforting at all when going for a massage.
