Hand and Stone

I felt very safe while at my appointment and before. I really like my message but my normal therapist was not available because she isn’t taking appointments yet. I will be back next week.

It was nice treatment but it was a long waiting to start on time.

My 2pm appt was running late. I did not start facial until 222, then it ran late into my massage

The therapist didn't massage feet at all. Plus, I felt a scratching sometimes as she was massaging me ( not sure if it was her nails or possibly rings). She was good though. I'd use her again

My room was in the front of the building and was not sound proff. Not very relaxing when you can hear what is happening in receptions. Also appointment was 10-15 behind schedule.

I while I do like like this Hand and Stone, I tend to prefer the other two Hand and Stone location's most.

Due to my own doing, the entire time I wished that I upgraded the experience. I would like a longer session. Or do both a massage and facial. I've never had a facial.

Helen the therapist barely spoke when I got there. She never asked about pressure. Didn’t give me instructions on which way to lay when she left the room. She didn’t check on pressure when she started the massage which was aggressive, fast and painful. At one point I said ooooh and she kept doing what made me make that noise. My feet weren’t touch at all but with a towel wrapped around then to pull on each toe. I also was brought back for the massage 10mins late and finished as if I was brought back on time so I didn’t get the full length of visit.

It was clean, the staff was nice, I felt better after the facial. My only problem is the products are very expensive.
