Wasn't satisfied with the therapist technique and pressure.

The therapist started a little late and ended and little early. It felt like she wasn’t ready for me and then couldn’t wait to be done.

This location closes fairly early (8p or earlier). On the weekend, it would be better for me to have a late appointment. It is very hard to get appointments on the weekend--when asked, the only appointment times available were late on Saturday and Sunday, nothing Friday evening.

Some of my massages started 10-15 min later, and finished in time. The last massage started in time and finished in time.

The massage usually extends to the upper back and neck and sometimes head and i did not get that this time. The therapist was extremely friendly but it did not start on time and ended on the hour. It would have been good to also mention there was an additional charge for muscle cream used as I didn't realize until i checked out. Otherwise professional and friendly. Just not what i had expected based on prior services here.

When the therapist first applied the massage cream it was cold. There was no scent. It wasn’t exactly smooth. Her hands were not able to glide smoothly because whatever she was using, she had to work hard. Otherwise she did exceptionally well.

I wanted firm. Very soft touch

I booked an hour massage, I did not get into the room until about 10 minutes into the hour. Then the appointment ended before the hour was up. I probably got 45 minutes, rather then an hour massage. Not sure if this is the normal.

Overall 8/10. I used to be a part of elements massage membership and their massage rooms were more luxurious and they gave BOTTLED water and chocolate after the session.

As usual my massage was less than 50 mins it was 43 mins from the time the therapist entered the room until the time she left. I rarely have a true 50 min massage at any hand and stone. Also, while this therapist was using firm pressure that I requested it didn’t feel right. It felt like pressure on my bones not my muscles. It was very uncomfortable at times.
