Could have been better massage. Tissues and water availability.

I booked my appointment to use my package earned. This location chrged extra because the amount I pay for my package is a "grandfathered " rate.

Massage therapist didn’t seem to be knowledgeable about massages. He massaged the same place in the same motion for more than half the massage. Didn’t get my targeted area I requested and used way too much oil.

My appointment was for 6 pm. I arrived roughly 15 minutes beforehand. I wasnt seen by the massage therapist until 6:10 pm. My massage ended at 6:50. I should have been afforded another 20 minutes. If I'm paying for an hour massage it should come close to that. And she never massaged my feet at all. Almost avoided them.

I am highly satisfied with the woman who does my facials, no complaints whatsoever. Several times though, the spa has been out of the Products that I use, and the front desk staff is constantly changing and not always knowledgeable about products, computer system, pricing, etc.

It seems the price I pay monthly is 69.95, vs the advertised massage price of 59.95, not sure why the difference. I am a last minute person and was difficult to find an appointment last minute and only the one hour was available not 90 min or 2 hours on line, but I will keep trying.

Too much attention to one area and then not enough on others. Right arm was rubbed raw, but then left arm was barely touched. Right leg and foot got much more attention than left leg and foot. Would have preferred more equal distribution of attention and consistency with massage.

Appointment began fifteen minutes late.

I believe that I was charged for a free upgrade. My first appointment did not start on time. The schedules for next month were not in the system.

The therapist was not friendly or welcoming. It was my first time with her and she did not introduce herself or even take time to know me. Just asked what areas need work on. In the past even with deep tissue my whole body got massaged. She only did my back because I told her I had shoulder and shoulder blade tension. It seemed like she was not in good mood. During session she never asked about the pressure (which was too hard) but I did not feel comfortable in telling her. At the end of massage she said she would wait outside for me. When I left room she was not outside. I went ahead to lobby got myself water came back to hall way she still not there. I told receptionist that I was to see her in hallway she said no worries she will figure it out. After being in lobby for about 10 mins paying extra for deep tissue service and tip. Therapist still did not come out so I could at least ask her questions or get her input as other therapist in the past have done after my appts. I still gave her tip but hindsight probably should not have due to lack of customer service. I may now look for another location to go to.
