I was not offered water or tea while in The waiting room but I did indeed see an dirty tea cup on the table .

I felt more focus could have been given to problem areas.

Massage therapist was nice and did a good job on my back and neck. Although she may have focused on my back and neck so much that she did not use her time wisely to make time for my arms, calf's and feet. My calf's were an area we discussed at the beginning of the appoint and was disappointing that they did not get any attention. I did walk out relaxed but was not highly satisfied. I do plan to book with her again, although I may need to explain to her again that the full body massage would be nice.

Felt good after the massage. Was very relaxing.

My massage therapist, Becky, had me lie face up to begin. I have always started the massage laying face-down. I noted the areas that I needed help with were lower back and neck/shoulders. She did head/neck, arms, hand massage (extra), legs, THEN told me to turn over. By the time she got to them, she only had 10 minutes left.

My appt and facial were good. I wanted to take advantage of a special $49 facial gift card but could not because special begins July 1 and this was June 21, well you lost the he sale because I was there then and may not be able to return in July.

My usual massage therapist has left. Really liked him

We really enjoyed the massage. My husband and I treated our two daughters. The staff was talented. Atmosphere relaxing. The only addition I can suggest is more little niceties. Like teas, water, little snacks.

Therapist was very professional. He was concerned about my comfort level and kept checking with me. Table was very comfortable.
