The therapist I had stopped on more than one occasion during the massage and was just applying pressure and breathing ... I think this had to do with the "energy Healing" she mentioned in the beginning of the session. I would go get another massage, but not with that therapist.

Massage therapist didn’t ask me about the pressure that was used. Felt the foot exfoliation treatment add-on was too short.

Therapist was super nice. Just felt like the pressure waned on arms and legs (I did not say anything so that is my issue). Also, on arms and legs, massage was too fast vs more even, smoother, long strokes. Overall still happy.

Today was the first time I looked at the brochure and saw all the other services offered. I heard from Massage Envy about the microdermabrasion and I was curious if you offered it so I looked at the catalogue and you did. Ashley later offered the peel for my next visit. I’m not really into buying products but I like to hear about other services.

I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time, but waited over 10 minutes past my time. The massage did not start until approximately 11:20 and ended at 12:05, so I feel I was not given the full 50 minutes.

I don't have a basis for comparison. I also didn't like that my aesthetician rubbed oil from my back into my hair.

I requested an eyebrow waxing, which was given, however Amy didn't mention that because of the waxing, she would not be able to use the steam, which is my favorite part of a facial. If I would have known, I would not have had the waxing. I feel that my pores were not opened enough to receive the benefits of the 'upsell' services I received. Her technique was excellent and other than the "no steam", I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

The facial didn’t fix the dry skin or redness I was looking to resolve. Overall it was a fine experience but paying that much I was looking for more. The small massage portion of it was not great or worth the money either.

Receptionist just charged credit card on file when appointment finished and did not ask how I wanted to pay. Had to return the next day to cancel card on file payment and wait 10 minutes to have my gift card used instead. Second time this has been done now.

I did ask for a deep tissue massage however it was very painful. I kept thinking she would ask.
