Hand and Stone

My appointment was running behind, which I was fine with. However, my massage seemed very rushed. My hands and arms were not even massaged and neither was my right foot. It seemed like she was trying to make up for being behind schedule

There s always room for improvement.

I was completely satisfied and highly impressed with all aspects of my experience. The ambiance and friendly service was perfect.

I really enjoyed my massage. But I felt a bit uncomfortable with my therapist in the beginning.. I felt a little uneasy and like he wasn’t totally comfortable with me at first. But he was great! Just took a bit to get comfortable with each other.

The therapist was wonderful. Phone receptionist did not set up the payment of the appt properly. Location receptionist blamed the new girl and I had to use another means of payment that was NOT expected. Their mistake I dont believe I should have been put out based on the lack of training

I enjoyed my visit at Hand and Stone in Hainesport, NJ. I really do miss the quality of a former massage therapist named Michele Devaney. Noah was thorough and listened to the level of firmness in the massage. I was slightly disappointed with the fast rate of the rub down, which made it less relaxed. Otherwise, Noah was terrific!

Unknown additional fees for couples room that I was not told about before the appointment.

I asked for a tissue during my massage, as my nose tends to run after being face down for some time. There were no tissues to be found in the room. When I rolled over I had what was running out of my nose all over my face.

could have used more pressure. Each therapist has a different style and you never know what you are going to get
