My massage therapist seemed to have a cold. I did not like that she seemed to be sick and breathing over me for 80mins. It would be nice if the massage therapists wear a mask over their mouth and nose if they are sick.

The on line appointment system was no working so I had to call. When you call you have to play what time works vs what times are available. On line you can choose the time that works for you. My therapist was not able to make my 5 PM appt for car trouble. First it was rescheduled for 5:30 then 6 with a different therapist. The massage and therapist worked out fine but the road was kind of bumpy to get there and I had to rearrange my plans. I know things happen but... I did feel an add on could have been offered to compensate for my inconvenience. The receptionist and therapist I ended up with were great.

I was called in a few minutes after appointment time, which is fine, but still had to change so massage started 10 minutes after appt time and then only lasted 40 minutes even though I paid for 60. Also I was given option of aromatherapy without mentioning cost until I was paying at end.

I left this location for massages because the more experienced massage therapists were just not available. Two or three week wait at suitable time.

My facial appointment started about 15 minutes late. So the entire facial from when I entered the room to when I exited was about 45 minutes. Every time I get a facial, the actual treatment varies depending on the esthetician. I never know what to expect or what options are available to me.

I was not that impressed with the hot stone massage, at points I found it more painful than satisfying

Personally, I pay to get massages to feel completely relaxed. My therapist talked quite a bit, and spent a lot of time very firmly rubbing out tense areas.. which did help, but wasn't really what I was looking for or what I asked. I think there is a difference between working a muscle to fix something (it hurts a little) versus just for pleasure. Additionally, this has happened more than once, where my massage therapist would "throw in hot stones for free". I don't want to sound ungrateful, but if I wanted stones, I would have paid for them. I specifically wanted to feel hands, and because this has happened twice to me and once to my boyfriend, I think they may just use the stones when their hands are tired? I'm not sure..

I requested a specific therapist (Lisa) and confirmed her availability with the receptionist on the phone; however when i got there I had another therapist and was told that i was entered in as a non-request. The therapist who i had (Danielle) did a good job and made me comfortable. Also, the woman who did my facial was very nice and did a good job, but was very noisy. For example, not placing lids quietly on counter, just sorta dropping them; and loudly closing cabinet doors a multitude of times. That noise just took away from the level of relaxation experienced.

Still in a lot of pain from my back. No fault of the therapist or the location. Just a lot more work that needs done. This is why I booked an appointment 3 weeks later with the same therapist to work these out and hopefully eliminate some of these tense and painful areas.
