Keep up the good work!

My therapists nails were too long and a few nails were bedazzled which made certain pressures and movements uncomfortable due to the nails or beads scratching or digging into my skin.

My 50 minute massage didn't begin on time, and did not last the full 50 minutes. It was closer to 40 minutes, maybe less. Arrived 10 minutes early, taken back to room 10 minutes past the hour and massage ended 50 minutes past the hour.

I have several tender spots and at times the massage was painful. In all fairness I did not mention that to my therapist

Therapist new to me not as good as others I’ve had

I was not sure how much services were. It was fine in the end, but when being reccomended for the himalayan salt stone massage I was not told it was an add on and my receipt did not have a break down of services. I left wishing I had a clear accounting of what I paid for. Your customers should not have to ask for that.

I could have answered excellent but l very seldom is that . The massage was excellent.

I think that satisfied is a very good rating. There is not much more to say, except I enjoyed my experience and will be back.

Therapist listened to my needs and took time to make sure I was comfortable.
