Still had tightness in my shoulders and neck area. Needed more pressure with deep massage to be applied. Still had tightness with shoulders and neck muscles the next day felt the same way as when I came to get massage the day before

My appointment was with a woman but when I got there they tried to give me a man without asking me first so that turned me off from my first experience there. Overall the massage was great and I will come again just to one closer to my home.

I can’t find the perfect masseuse. I had one but she left. Still trying to find one that suits me.

Scheduled online with a specific female therapist, but ended up having a male therapist. I was okay with that, but it could have been a very awkward situation if I wasn't. I should have been notified ahead of time of the change on therapist. Also, when using a gift card to pay, they wanted to charge me $53 instead of the $10 I owed as sports massage upgrade. I had even called ahead of time and was given the $10 quote.

It just felt like staff did not like each other. The girl who gave me my facial (which was excellent) said something to the man at front desk and after she left he rolled his eyes and laughed with another girl standing there. He was hugging people so I assume something was going on with him, it was distracting and not necessary at the front of a spa! When I paid the girl told me I used all of the money on my gift card and I asked her how, it was 2 $100 cards and here I had money left on one of them! ??? Seems strange to me! The girl on the phone was telling a customer that she had to do facial after massage not before when they told me the opposite when I made appts!

The reception area was a constant chatter of employees at desk area. Conversation was not business related. It was a bit of sound chaos, not relaxing.

I felt That the reception area could use a little help on the friiendly department, I considered leaving, it was almost uncomfortable

For the price of service I wish it was a full hour appointment so it didn’t feel so rushed. I specially asked about redness behind ear and she didn’t really address and skin still has dry spots

The therapist applied too much pressure. When I requested she applied less , she only did for a few minutes then went back to the original pressure. I have bruises from the massage.
