I feel the massage tables are a bit small, especially for larger people. I cannot stand the smell of the oil that is used. I have started payiing extra for aromatherapy to address that. I think you oil should be of better quality and have a better smell. the massage was excellent and he listened to me.

Sorry if this sounds petty. The person who did my facial gave a great facial. When she came out to get me she gave a bad handshake. You know just the fingertips. It's creepy. If you don't want to give a real handshake then dont. It seemed like she didn't know I had been there before and what treatments I've had in the past. You know the place turns over on the hour and half hour. Always have two people on the desk. I waited because there was only one and she was talking to a manager about an unhappy customer. Maybe those types of calls can be made in the back. You don't want clients hearing about someone else's poor experience. Oh I scheduled because of the special Friday facial whete you where supposed to get the treatment tat tightens things up. That wasn't done.

Have not yet seen an improvement since my facial but the experience was very relaxing and pleasurable. Willing to try another type of facial and hope for noticeable improvement in my skin.

I waited 15 minutes passed my appointment time. I arrived early so that may have caused my irritation

The table heater was broken, so it was cold. My therapist's phone went off twice during the session and I thought that was a little distracting.

The massage was not like 1 ever had ,mainly every thearpist has there own technique. it was over all relaxing and I will try him again

I am not "highly satisfied" because of the value. Being a member should have more benefits that are not there. At this point, I could cancel my membership and get cheaper massages from groupon.

I was in the first room on the right, which has a shared wall with reception. I could hear their conversations, thru no fault of theirs. When they opened and closed the cabinets/drawers accompanying this wall, it was very loud and disruptive.
