Everyone there was friendly however it was my first time at a hand and stone, never had the type of service being given and wasn't given any suggestions for after care or recommendations for what I could apply or use on my skin after I left. I had to google what to do after a glycolic peel.

I enjoyed the massage but I still have much tension in my shoulder that I hoped would be gone. I also prefer firm pressure. I'm not sure if that was the therapist's speciality. I have no issues with the therapist. My next appointment is booked with someone who has experience with firm pressure according to receptionist.

Was not expecting the microdermabrasion to cost so much... 135 dollars .. wish I was quoted a price when setting up the appt. The micro dern machine was not working properly and took several tries by the tech to gain the suction This happen prior to this visit as well. The tech was nice.

117.00 for a reflexology foot massage is outrageous. Plus a tip.....I paid 145.00 for a 50 minute massage. She asked if she could use a scrub on my feet for texture. I said sure but I guess that dab of scrub and 1 minute of rubbing it in cost me an extra 25.00. I can get a reflexology massage at any local spa for a lot cheaper for no difference in quality. Very disappointed.

The advertisement was BOGO. I wanted to purchase a hot stone massage & get one free. However, the choice was not as such. The free massage was a regular massage, which is not equal quality or price. Next time state CLEARLY in advertisement - buy any massage and get a regular one for free... I don't like tricks while trying to do business. I was merely looking for what was being advertised.
