The therapist was cheerful, knowledgeable, concerned about my comfort, etc. It was my first time with this therapist and she knew quite a bit about me from notes other therapists had written. She asked me several questions to clarify her understanding of the notes and to make sure she was able to give me the massage that I wanted. All high points and no low points.
