I’m always treated well by the reception people but it’s seems they are always different people. Love my massage therapist, Karen.

The massage therapist is responsive and professional. She listens to what I say and is respectful. I appreciate that she will wear a mask and that H&S is taking safety precautions.

Every experience has been more enjoyable than the next. I thoroughly enjoy my massage appointments. I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. The therapist always asked if they should concentrate on particular areas which is very helpful.

Christina was very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel that the trestle time felt effective but real results won’t be visible until multiple sessions have been completed. All the staff at this location are warm and welcoming.

Everything went the way I hoped it would . Friendly , respectful, convenient appointment booking. On time appointment. Great massage by Helen. Will be back in for another appointment with Helen very soon.

I feel comfortable. I have had to book a few months in advance to get my specific therapist. I feel respected if I do have certain requests that are then addressed but this time all I needed was to get my monthly massage. Whether getting it yesterday contributed to my efforts for bowling today, I feel that it did.

My massage therapist always asks me if I have any problem areas. I did this time. She spent more time on those areas in addition to giving me suggestions for stretches to help with muscle tightness. she is very knowledgeable and professional.

It’s an excellent way for self care. Nicole did an excellent job paying attention to my areas of concern. I felt welcomed from the time I walked in the door to the water given to me at the end!
