Both the massage and facial were relaxing. They listened to my needs and were informed. Also I had a problem with online booking and the receptionist was able to assist and get my issue resolved.

I was calling for an appointment for about 2 weeks. Online said you couldn’t book unless you were a member. The receptionist told me to call back the night before to check for cancellation. No cancellations at that time but 5 minutes later the receptionist called me back with an appointment. So grateful since it was my bday and just wanted me time.

Winn is my therapist. I am very comfortable with his bedside manner and he gives a great massage. He finds all my tension and works really hard to loosen my muscles. He books up really fast so l hate to cancel.

The therapist listened to my requests and did what I requested. She had proper pressure requested. She was uniform with on both sides of my body and appeared to have a routine to cover the entire body. Unlike therapists I've had in the past that seem to be winging it with no plan. Great job
