Hand and Stone

I wish I could remember the name of the girl who did my facial because she was wonderful! She, was gentle, answered my questions, cared about my concerns, took into consideration that this was my 1st time getting a facial so she explained the process a little more and explained what she was doing as she was doing it. The reception staff was awesome. The only issue I had was I had to call numerous times because I kept getting the voicemail and I wouldn't get a returned call. But when I did get in contact, everything was wonderful...no complaints about the workers in general at all!! Thanks for making my experience wonderful and amazing!!

Katie is very pleasant. She gives a wonderful massage. She is friendly and helpful.

I have been going to Win since 2014 since training for a half marathon. I always look forward to his massage experience. I leave feeling physically and mentally better. He is through and has never cancelled an appointment. I am a loyal Win client. I always joke that I need an Uber ride home because I’m too relaxed to drive lol.

Everyone was so polite and friendly. They were very. Very willing to accommodate my schedule for continued service. And Winn was able to make any adjustments I requested.

This location has a friendly reception area. The staff for both massage and facial are top-notch: knowledgeable about products, areas of the body that need attention, kind, and hard-working.

Hainesport Hand and Stone is quite far from my home but i am a fan of Nicole who is ‘my’ massage therapist. The store is lovely, welcoming and neat.

Whenever I come in person or over the phone, the staff is helpful and friendly. I am very happy with the service I receive when I come in.
