I don't care for the time spent on the iPad as part of the checking in process. I really like the waiting area. Karen is great! I do feel the 50 minute massage is a bit overpriced especially when you need to tip generously.

I like the people who work at this Hand and Stone, they are helpful and knowledgeable. My therapist, who I have gone to for several years, Winn, listens very well about pressure and any areas that are sore. My one negative is the establishment is short on therapists and I have a two month wait before my therapist is available.

Jenn A understands my body and what I need to relax and maximize my time. She does everything in her power to help with my back when it needs specific attention. I really only will see her bc no one else has been able to effectively massage me to optimize my health.

She has been taking care of my personal needs for many months now and I wish she was staying at my location longer so I could keep benefitting from her services. Overall, I love the Hainesport Hand and Stone. I started going here because I was extremely dissatisfied with the nearby Massage Envy and decided to give H&S a chance instead. I am so glad I did because it is 100 times better here and worth every penny!
