I explained to Kevin what my activities were in the last two weeks and he was able to know exactly what areas to focus on. He kept working on the problem areas and managed to address them all during the visit. Excellent staff all around.

Very relaxing atmosphere. I completely forgot that I was in a large shopping center. It was my first facial and I had no idea what to expect. It was terrific. My skin felt silky clean afterwards. My only problem was the warm cloths that were placed on my face smelled of chlorine bleach.

I’ve had subpar experiences at hand and stone but the Hainesport location, specifically Jess, disrupted all prior feelings I had toward the company. She was amazing and it was a top massage experience for me due to her expertise and ability.

The front desk was prompt. The appointment was on time. And the massage was my first in a long time and it went very well

this was my first time getting a facial & first time at hand & stone. i had a great experience. the aesthetician was very sweet & helpful. i am getting married in april so i will be returning for a couple more facials before then.
