Everything was OK except for the fact that I had forgotten to leave a gratuity to Ashly, which was my fault. What I did not like was being called and asked more than once to turn around and come back to the store despite being quite a distance away from the location on the way home. When I said I could not turn back as I was too far from the place, I was met with a displeased gesture over the phone. I asked if they put it onto the credit card on file, which could not have been done over the phone, so I told them that I would stop by the next day as I was driving by and leave the gratuity at that point. I came back the next day and left the gratuity, as well as scheduled the following appointment.

Karen has been my Massage Therapist for almost a year now and I’m very satisfied with her and book with her every four weeks after my appointment this week all my aches and pains were relieved. Highly recommend Hand and Stone in Hainesport.
