Everyone was friendly. The ambiance was nice. My only disappointment was that the esthetician couldn't give me an eyebrow wax, which I usually like to get when I get a facial.

I always feel relaxed when visiting.The staff is friendly. The facility is kept clean.

My therapist, Winn does an excellent job, asking if everything is ok, the pressure is ok etc. He listens to me and asks if I have any areas of concern and then addresses them. He is a excellent therapist! I ask for him every time.

The appointment was easy to book, and the staff was very friendly. My massage therapist Helen was skilled and I likely will request her for next time. A very enjoyable experience overall. I will be returning soon.

I had received an email from hand and Stone I called the office Marissa walked me through options cost she made an employment for me I was very satisfied with her knowledge her friendliness she was very courteous she opened my membership and had the package ready for me which included a gift card when I walked in the office for my appointment last week. Kina was very thorough with my facial very friendly she took time didn't act like she just wanted to get my facial over with she explained things she was friendly and she also was courteous and very informative.
