Jenny was very professional, asked me about the pressure of the massage, the massage was perfect! I notice Jen only works M, T & W’s, I hope she can expand her work week in the future. Thanks to the entire staff from Jenny and the receptionist at the sign in! Nice job, keep up the excellent job!

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD A FACAL SINCE THE SPA OPENED BACKED UP DURING COVID. IT IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE GONE TO KEENA SINCE THE PREVIOUS PERSON I HAD LEFT. SHE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND MADE ME FEEL SAFE AND COMFORTABLE.

I had been nervous to return to Hand & Stone because of Covid-19, but I finally made an appointment for August. Scheduling was easy, the staff was friendly and well-prepared, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout my experience. I see the same therapist each time, and she is always easy to talk to and attune to my needs. I am excited to go back next month!
