The staff that I interacted with were pleasant and courteous. The heated massage bed was perfect. Therapist stayed on schedule

I used the Hand and Stone website to book a massage; when I went to pay for the massage, the reception team told me that I had 10,000 points on my membership, so I then booked the facial through her. The reception team is very friendly in Hainesport and I have had good experiences with both the massage therapists as well as the estheticians. The website did not tell me the points and I can't book two services at the same time (I often like to have back-to-back services).

This was my first time at a Hand & Stone. My girlfriend surprised me when I came to visit. I was very happy with the services. I joined and I will probably be back next month if time permits.
