I used a new massage therapist BJ, and he was fantastic. Excellent technique, great pressure and the utmost professional. Very specific and thoughtful.

My therapist is excellent. If he left this location, I’m not sure I would continue my membership. I think using aromatherapy during your massage should be included with the service for free

I am always greeted by name when I enter the spa. My appointment time is honored. Ana always asks me how my skin is doing and if I have questions. She then analyzes my skin and recommends treatments. I always leave relaxed, satisfied, and with glowing skin. The checkout is efficient and the making of my next appointment is made quickly.

Cassidy is so friendly and approachable. I feel at ease when I am in her care. I enjoy my time and I look forward to booking again.

A lot of stressful things had happened just hours before my massage. As a widowed dad of two I just really needed to relax. Rachel was more than just skilled, she is a master at her craft. When she finished I said, I do not know what I would do if you ever stop working here. 10/10 is what she provides. I mentioned I had some tightness in my right calf and she not only addressed that spot but even mentioned some at home exercises to do as well for tight calves. The only thing I would change (if anything) would be I feel the membership price should be at $55 /month. However, that is because I can not find any other problems anywhere else at this location. Great job Hand and Stone.
